Planning a Casa de Campo Wedding Across Four Venues
From the beginning, this wedding required careful attention to timing and coordination. With four locations involved, our planning connected each stage of the day into a clear sequence.
Rather than hosting every moment in one space, Mercedes and Dionicio chose a different setting for each gathering. As a result, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and evening party each had a distinct character.
A Symbolic Ceremony at Plaza Chavón
First, the couple celebrated their symbolic wedding ceremony at Plaza Chavón. Overlooking the Chavón River, the location provided a romantic backdrop for this meaningful part of their day.
The river views and surrounding scenery set the tone for the celebration. Here, Mercedes and Dionicio marked their commitment before the festivities continued elsewhere.
Cocktail Hour at Piazzetta Terrace
After the ceremony, guests gathered at Piazzetta Terrace for cocktail hour. Appetizers and conversation created a relaxed transition between the vows and the evening meal.
Meanwhile, this change of setting gave everyone another part of the destination to enjoy. The terrace served as a welcoming place to mingle before dinner.
Dinner Under the Stars at Dye Terrace
Next, the celebration moved to Dye Terrace for dinner. An open-air meal under the stars brought guests together for the next chapter of the evening.
By giving dinner its own location, the couple made it a distinct part of the experience. This gathering also provided a natural pause before the energy of the final party.
A Celebration at the Altos de Chavón Amphitheater
Finally, Mercedes and Dionicio’s wedding party continued at the Altos de Chavón Amphitheater. Dancing, laughter, and time with loved ones filled the closing stage of the celebration.
