Where the private beach for Punta Cana elopements is located?

Kolibri Beach is a private beach situated in the Cabeza de Toro area of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This beautiful location features swings, a small boat, and a pier that are perfect for photoshoots. Additionally, you will find a beach dressing room and a small restroom on-site.

Kolibri Beach is approximately 15-25 minutes away from hotels in the Bavaro-Punta Cana area, making it an ideal spot for elopements in the Dominican Republic. There’s no need to book a special resort, as we provide transportation from any hotel in the Bavaro-Punta Cana region. Please note that additional transportation costs apply for areas such as Ubero Alto and Cap Cana.

Kolibri Punta Cana PREMIUM elopement package

Our Kolibri Beach Punta Cana elopement Package includes all the essential elements for a memorable elopement, thoughtfully designed based on our 12 years of experience in creating unforgettable ceremonies. This package can accommodate up to 30 guests and features the symbolic ceremony itself, with the option to arrange the reception at a separate venue of your choice.

Organization and coordination of the ceremony
Consultation and planning of the ceremony
Reservation of the date and the location
Rent of the part of the private beach*
Preliminary meeting with couple via zoom if its necessary
Transfer for the bride from the hotel – salon – wedding location (Punta Cana/Bavaro area). Uvero alto Zone, Macao, Cap Cana, Punta Cana resort – have an additional extra cost.
Transfer for the groom from the hotel- wedding location (Punta Cana/Bavaro area) and back to the hotel together with the bride. Uvero alto Zone, Macao, Cap Cana, Punta Cana resort – have an additional extra cost.
Hair and make-up for the bride
Bridal bouquet and grooms boutonniere made of tropical flowers, small flower arrangement from fresh flowers for a ceremony table

* Dominican legislation designates the 60-meter zone from the beach shore as a national treasure belonging to the people, so we cannot guarantee that people will not cross the beach during your event.

Legal or civil wedding on a private beach Kolibri

A legal or civil wedding is a legally recognized marriage ceremony conducted by a government authority in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Dominican Republic.

Legal or civil weddings typically involve the exchange of vows and the signing of a marriage license or certificate, which is then filed with the appropriate government agency to record the marriage. These weddings are often conducted in a courthouse, resort, ur private beach, or other government-approved venues, and they adhere to the legal requirements and procedures of the jurisdiction where the marriage takes place. The legal recognition of the marriage provides various rights and responsibilities to the couple, including inheritance rights, tax benefits, and legal protections.

To have a legal ceremony, there is an additional cost of $1,350 to the package.
