Royalton Bavaro Weddings: Benjamin & Jessica
What happens behind the scenes at Royalton Bavaro weddings? Benjamin and Jessica’s Jewish wedding offers a glimpse into the planning, teamwork, and preparations behind the celebration. Our partner TA created the video below, showing our team and fellow suppliers at work at Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana.
For this couple, the arrangements included finding a resort for their guests, organizing a ceremony with Rabbi Salomon, and bringing in a kosher chef from New York City. We brought these elements together in less than eight months.
Planning Benjamin and Jessica’s Jewish Wedding
First, we helped the couple find and secure a resort for their wedding stay. Choosing accommodation for both the couple and their guests was an important step in building the plans around one location.
From there, our team worked on the ceremony, catering, and supplier coordination. Each part needed its own preparation, while the overall schedule had to connect everyone’s work.
With less than eight months to organize the celebration, clear communication mattered. Our role was to keep the preparations moving and bring the right people together for Benjamin and Jessica’s day.
A Ceremony with Rabbi Salomon
The couple’s Jewish ceremony was central to the celebration. We arranged for Rabbi Salomon to lead this meaningful part of their wedding.
Alongside the practical planning, religious traditions deserve time and attention. For each couple, we discuss their wishes and coordinate the arrangements with the people responsible for the ceremony.
A Kosher Chef from New York City
For Benjamin and Jessica’s wedding, we also brought in a kosher chef from New York City. This was a significant part of the catering arrangements and one of the details that made their celebration personal.
When planning a wedding with specific dietary or religious requirements, those conversations should begin early. That way, the couple, culinary team, and relevant religious advisers can clarify expectations before the menu and service plans take shape.
Royalton Bavaro Weddings Behind the Scenes
A finished wedding film usually focuses on the couple. This backstage video offers another perspective: the people and preparation supporting the day.
Meanwhile, the photography and videography teams worked alongside the other suppliers to capture the celebration. Coordinating their schedules with the ceremony and catering arrangements was another part of bringing the event together.
We are grateful to every supplier who contributed to Benjamin and Jessica’s wedding. A celebration like this depends on people communicating, sharing responsibilities, and caring about the details.
